Located in the heart of Syntagma, on Lekka Street, this Smartspace project showcases a fully integrated smart glass solution that transforms both the interior and exterior experience of the workspace.

Our intervention extends beyond a single application - creating a unified environment where privacy, light control and thermal comfort are seamlessly managed across every surface.

On all external sliding frames, PDLC Smart Film combined with an advanced solar layer was applied. This dual-function solution enables instant switching between transparency and opacity, while significantly reducing solar heat gain and glare - enhancing both user comfort and energy efficiency.

Inside the space, a glass partition with an automatic sliding door becomes a defining architectural feature. Equipped with a specialized retractable cable system, the smart film remains fully operational even during door movement - ensuring uninterrupted control of transparency and privacy, without compromise.

The experience unfolds progressively.

Upon entry, the internal partition dynamically shifts from open to private at the touch of a button. Moving deeper into the workspace, the same smart technology extends to the external glazing - creating a continuous, immersive spatial experience.
